Who We Are

Dive Innovations was formed in 1998 with the intent to develop, manufacture, and market new ideas and products relative to the scuba diving industry. Our products are designed by master divers in an effort to increase the ease and safety of the scuba diving experience. Our products are designed with the common sense philosophy in mind.

Officers

Although a relatively new company, Dive Innovations does not lack experience. It's two officers combine over 30 years of manufacturing, personnel, and engineering experience, as well as themselves being master scuba divers.

Wayne Nicolen

President
Wayne Nicolen has logged well over 500 dives and is a member of the local volunteer underwater rescue and recovery unit. He has made numerous diving trips to such locations as the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Bonaire, the Great Lakes, and Tobermory, Canada. For the past 10 years he has been a volunteer member of Kalamazoo County Underwater Recovery.

Jerry Kulas

Vice President
Since becoming certified in 1987, Vice President Jerry Kulas has logged over 110 hours of tropical and cold water diving. Supplementary to dive hours, he holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and possesses over 10 years of design and manufacturing experience. This diverse background allows Dive Innovations to provide it's customers with the latest designs and technologies available.
